David Eastwood helped make shugar trovs Henry Wil[ms illegible]
and Wife called to warm this morning on their way home
from their Brother Asa's
Tuesday 2nd. Zella come home with Margaret Clowdy all
Day, I spun some shoe thread Darling & David sawed up
shugar trovs Riley went to St Aubert & brought
some Tobacco home with him Nany
3 Wednesday 3rd. Snowed a little nearly all day cold & windy
Mr Dunlap & Mr Hornbuccle took Dinner with us
4 Thursday Margaret & Zella washed my eye is sore
they set the kettles in the Furnis I spun a little flax
5th Friday Clear & cool. Darling has gon to St Aubert to buy
["6" stricken] Tallow we are going to the School House I cent a lett[er]
["7" stricken] to Malinda & one to Nancy in Texes Darling bought 19

6 Saturday James Sturt & Wife come to see us Nancy Bartley
com home with Mag & Zella & staid all Night
7th Sunday Mag & Zella went to Meeting Hams Prairie
Mr & Mrs Sturt started home little before Twelve. Pleasant Day
8th Mond Clowdy all day. Cela come home with Amanda
they taped a few shugar trees Mag & Zella caried som shugar
water. I staid in the kitchen nearly all day [doodles]
9th Tuesday J. W. Boulevars School is out Amanda B
got A premium Got Book Celia come home with her & had
A canda pooling clowdy & pleasant we are all taking cold
10th Wed Clear & pleasant Amanda & I went home with
Celia A pedler was hear we come back Mag & Zella washed
we have made 26 Pounds of Shugar before David set in [heart-shaped doodle]
